Technical assistance (remote technical assistance)

The main advantages of the technical remote assistance consist in a greater timeliness in the intervention, in a quicker programming of the equipment and in a more precise diagnosis of the faults complained of than would be possible with a technical assistance carried out at the plant.

In addition, the customer benefits further as the installer and / or maintenance technician is able to remotely perform certain technical activities even when protected environments are not accessible or manned (for example in holiday homes or in the absence of owners).

The maintenance technician can also remotely diagnose the validity or otherwise of any suspected technical problems, thus limiting the costs of interventions at the customer.

All this translates into a significant reduction in the costs of assistance and management of the burglar alarm systems for the customer.

Remote management and remote control

Remote management is a service offered by modern anti-intrusion alarm systems. It allows the customer to fully express the characteristics of the equipment, which can be managed remotely using a common telephone set. Various operations are possible, both ordinary, such as activation or deactivation, and emergency. Thanks to new telecontrol technologies, the user can be informed about the state of his home, wherever he is and at any time.

Telephone helpline

The burglar alarm systems can also integrate other devices and have the ability to differentiate the transmitted signals, so as to also provide helpline services, which consist in sending a selected list of recipients (family members of people at risk, others, etc.) notices of general rescue request, medical or emergency relief of another kind.

In the context of home care projects towards people considered to be at risk, activities and remote assistance centers are becoming more and more established in our country, organized to psychologically support the connected user for and to carry out, in collaboration with the public emergency units (118 ), emergency assistance at the home of lonely or elderly people.

Remote monitoring

Remote surveillance is an activity carried out by specialized operators - special security guards - through which alerts are received and recorded alarms coming from plants connected to an operational and emergency center.

This activity was indicated by the Ministry of Intent, among those exercisable only by persons and organizations with Prefect authorization (supervisory companies).
