(hereinafter also referred to as the "Company" or "Telesorveglianza") hereby informs you of the purposes and methods of processing the data (provided by you) in its possession. 2. Purpose The data are collected in order to fulfil the request for registration and the contract for the supply of the chosen service and/or the purchased product, to manage and execute the contact requests made by the interested party, to provide assistance, to fulfil the legal and regulatory obligations to which Telesorveglianza is bound in relation to the activity carried out. In no case does Telesorveglianza resell the personal data of the interested party to third parties or use them for undeclared purposes. The data provided will be treated in particular: a. in order to register on the site, recognize you as an authorized user and let you access the areas and documentation of the reserved area (depending on the use indicated by you); b. to fulfill an obligation provided for by law, regulation or Community legislation, for legitimate interests such as that of asserting or defending a Telesorveglianza right in the appropriate venues; c. promotional activities on Services/Products similar or related to those purchased by the Interested Party (Considering 47 GDPR). 3. Categories of data collected The data collected belong to two categories: a. Personal data (e.g. name, surname, physical address, nationality, province and town of residence, fixed and/or mobile phone, fax, tax code, e-mail address(es)) b. Telematic traffic data (Log, source IP address) Telesorveglianza DOES NOT require the interested party to provide so-called "particular" data, or, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (art. 9), personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data designed to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person. In the event that the service requested to Telesorveglianza requires the processing of such data, the interested party will receive prior information and will be required to give consent. 4. Obligatory contribution The provision of the data indicated as compulsory in the form and requested for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter A of this information notice is optional for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter A of this information notice and however it is indispensable to register on the site and access the services of the site itself. The provision of the data indicated as optional is optional and failure to provide it will not have any consequences on the possibility of registering with the site and accessing the services of the site itself (such data can only be useful to better identify those who register). It is clear that when you do not consent to the processing of the data provided for the purposes indicated in point 2 letter A of this information notice, you will not be able to register on the site and access the services of the site itself. For the purposes of point 2 letter A, the data will not be communicated by Telesorveglianza. Telesorveglianza does not transfer your personal data to countries where the GDPR is not applied (non-EU countries) unless specifically indicated otherwise for which you will be informed in advance and if necessary your consent will be requested.
