These allow to send autonomously SMS or email messages when the monitored process reaches a certain status or when a signal exceeds the threshold value defined by the user. Control room supervisors or maintenance technicians can at the same time remotely activate one of the digital relay outputs in the module by sending an SMS.

The systems equipped with remote control features therefore offer the customer the certainty of being able to manage their devices independently or, in the case of alarms, with the support of the control center, receiving in real time all the information necessary to evaluate the current status of the system and thus experiencing the desired feeling of security.

Tele-assistance is a mode of technical support that takes place remotely, carried out by specialists working from the Operations Centre, with direct or indirect interaction on the alarm system. It offers the possibility to intervene in the diagnosis or management of the customer's intrusion detection system even in his absence or redundancy. The intervention can be on request or periodically scheduled, and aims to make adjustments to the configuration of the system made necessary by changing environmental conditions or the normal maintenance cycle of the system.

The control center is operational every day, 24 hours a day and is based on the professionalism of a highly specialized team, and expert in all emergency situations or normal routine on the specific customer's plant, having chosen, implemented and tested in many other cases. In the most common situations of false alarm or in the most critical situations of actual intrusion, it immediately coordinates with the Law Enforcement and, at the same time, with the surveillance teams to manage the intervention or not. The costs of the service are included in the "full service" package offered by Telesorveglianza.
